DESCRIPTION
Multi-purpose non-greasy product for difficult demoulding operations and lubrication problems in a clean environment.
Colourless, odourless product, with special non-stick properties at interfaces.
Perfectly filmogenous, non-staining.
Can also be used as a waterproofing agent and a glossing agent.
Product with strong anti-fungal and anti-mildew properties.
Gives the demoulded parts a satin-effect to glossy finish.
Can also be used as a non-stick agent for spatter during welding on parts or sheets not intended for subsequent painting or coating.
Usable on all materials such as wood, plastics, elastomers, steel, carbon steel, chrome steel, and light or copper alloys.
Guaranteed free from :
CFC, T111, Dichloromethane, Perchloroethylene, Trichloroethylene and aromatic compounds.
APPLICATIONS
iBiotec Démoplast SIL 850 is a lubricant, non-stick, mould release, non-greasy insulating product, without risk of throw-off or transfer. Its adhesion to surfaces makes it perfectly safe for many applications, particularly in the foodstuffs industries.
In the wrapping and packaging sector, particularly in the food industry, demoulding in plastic injection and blow moulding injection.
Non-stick treatment of cutters, including skin pack or blister pack applications.
Slipping of heavy packages, grouped in skin packs on elastomer conveyor belts.
Lubrication of screw driving heads whilst maintaining torque.
Thanks to its high-temperature performance above 250°C, its can be used as a non-stick agent to treat extrusion cylinders for PE stretch films.
Insulating and waterproofing treatment for paper, cardboard, and leather.
Non-stick treatment of compression, encapsulation or granulation dies in the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical industries.
Demoulding of PU, PE, and epoxy castings.
In the civil engineering and construction sectors, Démoplast SIL 850 is an excellent waterproofing product and an agent providing protection against mould and fungus on porous materials and porous cut stone.
Thanks to its very low surface tension, it provides penetrating, durable, effective treatment that lasts several decades.
